Where is Cyber Geek located?

⁠We are based in George in the Western Cape, however we services clients around the globe.

What tools or platforms does Cyber Geek SA use?

⁠We build our Websites using Wordpress to make it easier for customers who want to make their own changes. Our online shops are built using Woocommerce.

⁠How long has Cyber Geek been in Business

⁠Cyber Geek was registered as a company in 2019, although the founder has been building websites since 2014, freelancing for other companies and helping friends and family with their websites. We have since grown to a team of 4 and more recently our company was registered for VAT.

What services does Cyber Geek SA offer?

We provide web design, graphic design, social media management, photography, web hosting, and ongoing website maintenance and technical support.

Can I customize my service package?

⁠Absolutely! We offer flexible packages tailored to meet your specific needs. Get in touch with Richard and we can grab a coffee to discuss your requirements and we will send you a custom quotation.

Do you offer Google ads?

⁠Currently we do not offer Google Ads as a service, however, we have a trusted partner that we refer all our clients to that need Google ads.

Is photography part of your social media and website services?

⁠Cyber Geek is a one stop shop when developing your website or running your social media. We have packages that include or exclude photography based on your requirements. We believe that a picture is worth more than a thousand words. Having quality, real, authentic photos of your business, team, products or services makes all the difference on your website.

How much does your services cost?

Pricing varies based on the service type and project scope. There is no one size fits all pricing or package. Although we have some packages as guidelines, it is best that we grab a coffee to discuss your specific requirements.

⁠Do you offer any bundles packages?

⁠Although we don’t have any set bundles packages, if a client use multiple of our services, we can certainly assist with a discount!

⁠Are there additional charges for urgent or expedited projects?

If you need a project in a hurry, our team is more than happy to assist, depending on our schedules and availability we can expedite a project for a fee. This will be communicated when discussing your requirements.

Do you offer installment payment options for larger projects?

⁠We are open to discussing an installment plan based on the scope of work and the specific project requirements. Feel free to reach out.
